Hi, I’m Mihaela.
I'm an Experience Designer & Facilitator and the person behind reconnect playground.
Before starting the studio, I spent over eight years working in corporate strategy and project management, in international tech environments. Today I combine that organizational experience with experience design and facilitation to create more interactive ways for people to learn, communicate and work together.
I like figuring out what people actually need from the time they spend together, and then designing the experience around it.
