Hi, I’m Mihaela — a facilitator and experience designer.
What I do
I design and facilitate experiential workshops focused on everyday connection skills.
These spaces are playful, grounded, and thoughtfully structured. They support trust, communication, and presence in groups, whether among individuals, teams, or communities.
Participants often leave feeling:
- more at ease with themselves and others
- clearer in how they relate and communicate
- more open, grounded, and engaged
The work is not therapy and not performance-based.
It’s an invitation to explore, notice, and learn at a human pace.
I create spaces for play, reflection, and connection: experiences where curiosity, learning, and authentic interaction come together.
My work invites people to reconnect with themselves and with others, not by trying to “fix” anything, but by being real, present, and human together.
Think of it as a playground for self-discovery, where learning, movement, and connection meet in a simple, joyful way.
My approach
I believe growth doesn’t have to be heavy or serious to be meaningful.
The spaces I create blend: structure and play, reflection and laughter, curiosity and insight.
They are invitations rather than instructions, places where people can explore and connect at their own pace, without pressure to perform or become someone else.
My approach is simple: I only share what I’m actively learning and exploring myself.
This isn’t theory. It’s practice.
How I work
My facilitation style is calm, structured, and invitational.
Participation is always optional
No forced sharing or emotional exposure
Boundaries, consent, and psychological safety are central
Different personalities, comfort levels, and cultures are respected
Awkwardness, curiosity, and not-knowing are welcome. You don’t need to be confident, extroverted, or “good at this.”

My journey
Before creating these spaces, I spent nearly eight years working in project management, strategy, sales, and marketing.
I loved the structure, collaboration, and satisfaction of bringing ideas to life. Over time, I realized that what energized me most wasn’t the projects themselves, but the people behind them, and the moments of shared purpose, connection, and growth.
That realization gradually shifted my focus. I wanted to use the same skills that helped me manage complex projects (planning, organization, facilitation) to design experiences for people, not just outcomes.
What I bring
My background in project management, combined with training in communication, personal leadership, problem-solving, and authentic relating, allows me to design experiences that are both:
thoughtfully structured
deeply human-centered
I’m often told I have a strong sensitivity to group dynamics and a natural ability to listen, qualities that help participants feel seen, heard, and motivated to engage.
I’ve facilitated workshops and gatherings for diverse groups, from corporate teams to small communities, on topics ranging from collaboration and knowledge-sharing to personal growth and connection.
Why I do this
Every workshop, gathering, retreat, or shared moment is a living experiment.
A space where people can learn from themselves and from one another.
Whether it’s a workshop, a team session, a retreat, or a moment of shared silence, my intention is the same: to create environments where people feel safe to be themselves, reconnect with others, and leave feeling a little more open, alive, and grounded.
