Individual sessions
Connection as a practice
Discover how to reconnect with your own rhythm, with others, and with what matters most to you
Connection comes naturally to all of us.
Yet in the rush of everyday life, we often lose touch with it.
We forget how to slow down, how to be present. With ourselves and with each other.
These sessions offer a simple, human space to pause and reconnect.
To come back into the body, into attention, and into real contact with the people around you.
Through guided group practices, you’ll explore hands-on ways of listening, communicating, and relating, not as ideas, but as lived experiences you can take into daily life.
Think of it as a gym for presence and reconnection:
a place to practice awareness, authenticity, and meeting others with a little more ease.
You might enjoy these sessions if
· you’re curious about slowing down · you like learning through experience · you appreciate structure with a human touch · you want to explore listening, communication, and relating simply
There’s no right way to show up. Just come as you are, and participate in your own way.
This is:
A facilitated group space for practicing connection skills
Structured, but light and flexible
Respectful of boundaries and personal pace
Rooted in real-life situations, not abstract theory
This is not:
Group therapy
A place where you’re expected to disclose personal trauma
A performance or sharing competition
A “fix yourself” environment
People often ask: “But… what happens exactly?”
The sessions are facilitated and gently structured, while leaving space for what naturally unfolds.
We work with:
Guided group and partner exercises
Clear invitations, with freedom to opt in or out
Moments of interaction, reflection, and quiet presence
There’s no pressure to share personal stories, nor to be deep!
Everything is an invitation, nothing is a requirement.
The focus is not on talking about connection, but on experiencing it directly.
You might:
* Practice expressing something honestly, and noticing how it lands
* Experience what it’s like to really be listened to
* Explore boundaries in a gentle, embodied way
* Notice patterns you bring into everyday interactions
What we practice together
These sessions are designed to offer more than a pleasant experience.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life, simple practices that support awareness, empathy, and ease in real interactions.
Through practice, you learn by doing: listening, speaking, and relating in ways that feel natural and genuine. Over time, these practices can become part of how you show up, in relationships, daily moments, and at work.
The aim is simple: to make presence and connection something you can practice anywhere, not just in the workshop room.
——— How people often describe the experience ———
Everyone’s experience is different, but many people leave feeling:
More grounded and settled
A clearer sense of themselves in relation to others
Calmly connected to others
With more ease in social interaction
Gently energized rather than drained
Many are surprised by how simple the practices are, and how much they shift the quality of connection.
About the facilitator
I’m Mihaela, and I host these sessions because connection has been one of my deepest curiosities.
Over the years, I’ve explored different ways of relating, through facilitation, embodied practices, and simply being in many group spaces myself. What continues to interest me is how much can shift when we slow down, pay attention, and meet each other a little more honestly.
In these sessions, my role is to hold a clear and supportive structure, offer simple practices, and take care of the group space. I’m not here to tell you how to be. I’m here to create the conditions where connection can be explored safely and naturally.
I care about spaces that feel human, grounded, and respectful of different rhythms and boundaries. That’s the quality I aim to bring into every session.
Curious to experience it?
You don’t need to commit to a series.
Just come once and see how it feels.

These workshops are fully practical and hands-on! no lectures, no theory, no fluff. Instead of just talking about ideas, you’ll actively practice exercises that teach you how to communicate clearly, pay attention to your body and emotions, and connect with others. Everything we do is grounded in real experience, so what you practice in the workshop is something you can actually use in your everyday life, whether it’s at work, with friends, or at home.
-
In each session, you’ll take part in guided exercises that help you reconnect with yourself and others. This might include a mix of:
Awareness practices, such as noticing thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the moment.
Mindful movement, which can be small stretches, posture awareness, or gentle exercises to notice how your body feels.
Paired speaking and listening exercises, where you practice sharing something meaningful while the other person listens fully.
All exercises are simple, practical, and accessible, designed so you can experience the feeling of presence and connection directly, without any prior experience.
-
One example is a listening and speaking practice from authentic relating. You’ll pair up with someone, share something personal or meaningful, while the other person listens fully without interrupting or giving advice. Afterward, you reflect on what it felt like to be heard and to listen deeply. It may sound simple on paper, but in practice it creates a strong sense of connection and awareness.
Other exercises could include gentle mindful movement to notice tension in the body, or exercises to observe your thoughts and emotions in the moment.
Kindly check the description of events, to get an idea of what themes can be explored during a session :)

Each session gives you practical skills that you can apply outside the workshop, in your daily life, in moments when things feel tense, overwhelming and disconnected. For example:
A short breathing exercise to stay calm when you miss the U-Bahn or feel rushed.
A grounding practice to help you center yourself before handling something stressful — like bureaucracy or an unexpected conflict.
A listening exercise that helps you stay present during a tough conversation with a friend, partner, or neighbor.
A simple movement or body awareness practice to release tension after a long day or when your mind won’t stop spinning.
These aren’t things that only work in a workshop, they’re ways of bringing presence, awareness, and connection into real moments of life. Whether you’re navigating everyday stress, small frustrations, or deeper conversations, the tools are meant to support you anywhere, anytime.

Each session is held in English and lasts approximately two hours (if longer, it’s noted in the event description). Bring comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind, that’s all you need to participate. No prior experience is necessary.
