For energizers or general team-building activities, groups can be up to 50 participants, allowing everyone to participate while keeping sessions interactive. For deeper topics, such as handling difficult conversations, managing interpersonal dynamics, or building trust, smaller groups of up to 15 participants are ideal. This ensures each participant can practice, receive feedback, and engage meaningfully. Larger groups can also be accommodated by splitting into smaller breakout sessions.
