At reconnect playground, each session has a simple structure and real interaction, so conversations flow more naturally, without forcing anything.

What this is
A 2-hour group session where you meet people and actually interact! not just small talk, not forced networking.
There's a clear structure, so you're not left wondering what to say or do. At the same time, it stays relaxed, human, and a bit playful.
It opens with a short moment to arrive and settle, a little movement, a little quiet, before easing into the conversations.
You don't need to be outgoing. You don't need to be “good at this.” You just show up.
Underneath it, think of it as a kind of gym for presence and reconnection: a place to practice listening, communicating, and relating, with a bit more awareness, ease, and authenticity each time.

What happens
Each session is guided, but simple. A typical flow consists of:
a short moment to arrive and settle, a little movement, a little quiet
easy one-on-one interactions to get into it
small group conversations with clear prompts
switching partners so you meet different people
moments to reset so it doesn’t feel intense
some light, playful exercises along the way
There’s no pressure to share personal stories, nor to be deep!
Everything is an invitation, nothing is a requirement.
The focus is not on talking about connection, but on experiencing it directly.

About the facilitator
I'm Mihaela.
I started this because I kept noticing the same thing, in groups, at work, even socially: conversations often stay surface-level, or get a bit awkward. Not because people aren't interesting, but because there's no structure to help things flow.
My role here is simple: I design the session so interaction feels easier, more natural, and a bit more enjoyable than usual. No pressure, no overthinking - just a better way to connect with people.

What will I actually do in a session?
You’ll talk to people! just in a more structured way than usual.
There are simple prompts, partner rotations, and small group interactions so conversations don’t stall or stay surface-level. Plus light movement and awareness exercises woven in. All simple, practical, and accessible. No prior experience needed.

Is this a workshop or more like an event?
It sits somewhere in between. There’s structure, but it feels social and relaxed, not like a class.

What if I don’t know what to say?
That's exactly why there's structure. You’ll always have something to work with. You won't be left figuring it out on your own :)

Do I have to share anything personal?
No. You choose what you want to share. Nothing is forced.

What do I need to know before a session?
Sessions are held in English and last about 2 hours (longer sessions are noted in the event description). Bring comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind - that's all you need.
