Companies & Teams
When the team works well together, everything else gets easier.
Most team problems aren't about skills or strategy. They're about how people listen to each other, how feedback lands, how tension is handled. These are trainable things.
Sessions are hands-on, not lecture-based, built around your team's actual dynamics, not a standard curriculum.

What a session actually looks like
Sessions are structured around exercises, not presentations. There are no slides. No one watches someone else talk for an hour.
Participants work in pairs or small groups, practicing specific skills through guided interactions. An exercise might involve one person speaking while the other listens without responding, then reflecting back only what they heard. Another might involve navigating a disagreement using a specific framework for staying present under pressure.
Each exercise has a clear brief, a time structure, and a debrief. Mihaela facilitates throughout, adapting in the moment, keeping the group grounded, and making sure every person can participate at their own level.
People leave with shared language, specific terms and tools they can reference back in the office the next day.

Events & Festivals
Give your audience something they’ll actually remember.
Most event workshops are forgettable. People sit, listen, clap, leave.
reconnect playground sessions are different: Participants do something together, creating a shared experience, that stays with them beyond the event.

Frequent asked questions
Can this work for skeptical or resistant teams?
Yes - The format is structured and grounded. There's no pressure to perform or share personally. Quieter or more skeptical participants often find it easier, not harder.
1
Is this team building or skills training?
It combines both. Sessions are interactive and engaging, while also building practical communication skills teams use in their day-to-day work.
2
Do we need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. A short intro call is enough to align on goals and context.
3
How many people can attend?
Sessions work for groups of 10 to 50. The format adapts to the group size, maintaining interaction and impact throughout.
4
How long are the sessions?
Formats range from 2-hour sessions to full-day workshops, with multi-session programs available.
5
What results we can expect?
The work is experiential, so traditional metrics don't apply directly. Teams notice shifts in everyday interactions: clearer communication in meetings, more constructive feedback, less avoidance of difficult conversations. These are observable, if not always quantifiable.
