reconnect playground grew out of lived experience: facilitating groups, exploring connection practices, and witnessing how presence changes group dynamics.

The work is shaped and facilitated by Mihaela, a facilitator and experience designer who brings structure and play into the same space.

Across workshops, and group gatherings, she creates grounded, human environments where people feel supported to explore, relate, and grow, with themselves and with others.

The approach is practical and embodied, designed for real life rather than ideal conditions.
